- Be professional at all times - have a ‘can do’, solution centred attitude at all times.
- Be honest, polite & courteous - to everyone whilst representing the Company - you are our Ambassador!
- Be positive, helpful and friendly - smile as much as possible - its infectious!
- Be smart, fresh and clean at all times - clean and tidy uniforms must be worn at all times and personal hygiene
must be kept to the highest standard - it doesn’t cost anything to be clean!
- Be Identifiable - Uniform and ID Badges must be worn and visible at all times - you are unique - let the world
know who you are!
- Be Safe - All jewellery must be kept to a minimum and for health and safety reasons earrings should be removed
during working hours. Footwear must be shoes or boots - no trainers!
Total Respect for Client
- Communication is key - What’s required? What’s going to happen? What has happened? What will happen
next? Can we be of further help? Let the Client know that we truly appreciate their business!
- Be Punctual at all times - if this is not possible for whatever reason you must advise the client in advance -
communication!
- Be efficient - Work must be carried out as quickly as possible without jeopardising quality - time is precious!
- Follow through as promised - Jobs must be completed to original specification within the estimated time and
scheduled booking (if this is not possible as soon as you know, you must notify the Client and Office immediately)
- Manage expectations - if the unexpected or unforeseen happens - talk to the Client, explain and discuss any
impact on cost, quality or timescale and request permission to continue (no work must be carried out over original
estimate without permission and acceptance from the Client)
- Be flexible, but realistic - if requirements change do your utmost to accommodate but also manage expectations,
explaining clearly any impact on cost, quality or timescale (the Office must be informed of changes to Estimates)
Total Respect for Property
- Shoe Covers must always be worn prior to entering Client Premises
- Dust Sheets must always be used to protect work areas
- The work area must be left clean and tidy when the job is completed - no mess, no worries!
- Permission must be sought from the Client prior to use of any facilities e.g. Lavatory, water ..
The ultimate outcome - quality work has been completed efficiently and all parties involved have ENJOYED the
experience!
